1. Water is heated to 100 C killing bacteria and paradites like giardia and cryptosporidium.
2. Steam rises leaving behind chemicals, heavy metals and other contaminants.
3. Steam is condensed through the stainless stell coil to from diltilled water.
4. Distilled water then percolates through the activated carbon filter. This removes volatile organic   componds and helps aerate the water to improve its taste.
5. Pure water is collected in the 4 litre storage bottle provided.
